Using BowlNote

BowlNote is a tool for recording and reviewing pet-care information. These terms apply to your use of the service. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your account secure.

Not veterinary advice

Feeding estimates and other outputs are general guidance, not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s individual needs.

Your data

You retain ownership of the information you enter. If you use cloud storage, you allow us to process that information to provide storage and synchronisation, as described in our Privacy Policy. Keep your own backups: browser storage can be cleared, and cloud services can experience interruptions or errors.

Acceptable use

Do not use BowlNote unlawfully, attempt to access another user’s data, or interfere with the service.

Availability and your rights

We aim to keep BowlNote useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, including those under Australian Consumer Law.
